Calorie Burnt = Duration in hr * Weight in kg * MET

  • Each Actvity has a Metabolic Equivalent value. Resting state has a MET Of 1

  • 1 MET = 1 kcal/kg/hr which is the energy burnt at resting state (Resting Metabolic Rate). Based on the activity, duraton and weight, you can find the MET value and compute the Calories burnt
