Screenshot to Table Converter
Magic Table Restorer
Our unique "Magic Align" technology analyzes whitespace distribution to reconstruct table columns from messy PDF and Word pastes. Switch to Screenshot mode and paste any table image to activate OCR.
Multi-Format Export
Clean your data and move it exactly where you need it. Export to Excel (.xlsx), Word (.doc), PDF, JSON, copy as an HTML <table>, or Markdown pipe table for GitHub READMEs and Notion.
Our Screenshot to Table Converter is the fastest way to digitize any table image. Whether it's a screenshot from Excel, a PDF report, a financial statement, or a terminal output — simply paste or upload the image and our browser-based OCR engine reconstructs every row and column into a clean, interactive table. All processing happens locally in your browser, so your sensitive data never leaves your device.

Tips & Best Practices
Use a high-contrast, uncropped screenshot for the best OCR accuracy.
If columns are misaligned, use the "Column Gap" slider to manually tune the lane detection.
Dark-background tables (e.g., terminal output) are automatically inverted for OCR.
For PDF tables, take a screenshot of the entire visible table rather than using a small crop.
The OCR confidence badge at the top tells you how reliable the extraction is — below 70% means try a cleaner image.
